The artexvino=acqua campaign, conceived and promoted since 2003 by the Associazione Arte Continua, is a new way of operating in the solidarity sector that brings together world renowned artists and some of the finest Italian wineries with a single objective: to bring concrete help to distressed areas in the world.

On Monday, October 26 at the Piccolo Teatro Studio Melato in Milan, in a fundraising auction organised in collaboration with Sotheby’s, on sale will be sets of wines in limited editions containing six bottles and a magnum from different producers, chosen by wine expert Gelasio Gaetani d’Aragona Lovatelli, with numbered labels signed by the established names in world contemporary art selected by the curator Hou Hanru, Artistic Director of the Rome MAXXI.

The funds raised through artexvino=acqua will be donated entirely to support the project of international cooperation Jeunes Filles pour l’Agro.
